Common questions

Does AI make up the numbers?: No. Percentages and counts are calculated from your logged data. The writing is drafted for you to edit.
Does it only use the last session?: No. It pools all sessions for the goal, and recent sessions can be mentioned as a side note.
Can I use it for present levels too?: Yes. Present levels can include a sentence about the activities and comments from your session notes.
Do I still need to review it?: Always. You're the clinician — the draft is a starting point you edit and sign.
