How it works
Enter what you gathered
Intake and history, standardized scores, a language sample, articulation results, oral mech, parent and teacher input, and your own observations — each in its own tab.
Pick a template
Start from the Full Evaluation Report or the Present Levels template. Each section knows which of your inputs it draws from.
Build the drafts and review each section
Every section is written from your entries. Missing or unclear values are flagged rather than filled in. You edit and mark each section reviewed.
Export
Download a Word file, print to PDF, or copy the text into your district system.
What a drafted section looks like
On the CELF-5, Maria earned a Core Language standard score of 78 (7th percentile), which falls below the average range. Her language sample (50 utterances) yielded an MLU of 3.4 morphemes.
Example with a fictional student. You review and edit everything before it's used.

Related reading and free tools
- Does the AI make up scores?
- No. Standard scores, percentiles and MLU come from what you enter and from rule-based counting. The drafting writes the language around your numbers, and anything it can't trace to your data is flagged for you to check.
- Which tests can I use?
- Any assessment. You enter the scores you got from the test manual or scoring software, and the report section is written from them.
- Can I edit the report?
- Yes. Every section is a draft. You read it, edit it and mark it reviewed. Nothing is final until you say so.
- How do I get the report out?
- Download a Word (.docx) file, print to PDF, or copy the text into your district's IEP system.
- Is it private?
- SLP Draft is FERPA-informed. You can work with initials instead of full names, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
