If SLP Draft isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to your most recent subscription charge (monthly or annual). We want you to feel confident trying the Service — that's also why every new account starts with a 14-day free trial before any charge.
Email us at hello@slpdraft.com from the email address on your account. Tell us briefly what didn't work, and we'll issue the refund through Stripe — no forms, no phone calls.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Canceling and requesting a refund are separate actions — let us know if you want both.
